We recently stayed at a family-run refuge in the mountains and had a great experience. The rooms were spacious and tastefully furnished, with nice bathrooms. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect for our romantic mountain escape, with stunning nature surrounding us and easy access to hiking trails. We also loved the balcony with a nice view and the fact that we could cater for ourselves in the kitchenettes available.
The noise from the street and dining area, as we were staying on the first floor. It didn't bother us too much, but it might be a problem for some people.
